This page is the online withdrawal function required by article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code. No phone call, no letter, no account needed: your name and email address are enough.

How withdrawal works

14 days from each top-up

Each top-up is a contract of its own, so each one has its own 14-day period, running from the day it was paid. You do not have to give a reason, and we never ask for one.

Refunded by the same means of payment

We refund the amount due to the card or account you paid with, at the latest 14 days after we receive your decision. Never a voucher, never extra credit instead.

Immediate start requested: unused credit refunded

Before paying for a top-up, you tick a box asking for the service to start immediately, during the 14 days — that is what makes the credit usable straight away. If you then withdraw, we refund the credit you have not used; the credit already used is not refunded (French Consumer Code, article L221-25). The refunded credit is removed from your balance.

Top-ups without that request: refunded in full

Top-ups paid before that box was introduced, in September 2026, carry no such request. For those, article L221-25 says nothing is owed for the service already provided: we refund the full amount, spent or not, and only remove from your balance the credit still on it — the refund does not take it below zero.

Who this is for

The right of withdrawal is a consumer right: it covers individuals acting outside their trade, business or profession, not top-ups made for professional purposes. If you are unsure, send the form anyway — we will tell you where you stand rather than let a deadline run out.
